01 About Tape Signals

Tape Signals provides educational market commentary and informational alerts delivered primarily through a private Discord community. We monitor live market activity and publish setups that meet our internal quality standards. Tape Signals does not execute trades on your behalf and does not manage your capital.

02 Not Financial Advice

Nothing provided through Tape Signals constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, or legal advice. We are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, commodity trading advisers, or financial planners. All content — including alerts, commentary, data, and discussions — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use our Services. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

04 Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in U.S. dollars through Stripe.
• New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the selected plan.
• Prices, features, and billing terms are displayed at checkout and may be updated with reasonable notice where required by law.
• You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. Failed payments may result in a past-due status and eventual loss of access if not resolved.

To manage billing, update your card, view invoices, or cancel, use the Stripe Customer Portal link in your receipt email or contact support@tapesignals.com.

05 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future billing. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support@tapesignals.com within 7 days of your initial charge if you believe a billing error occurred or you need assistance.

06 Discord Access

Paid access is delivered through Discord. You must connect a valid Discord account during checkout. We assign community roles automatically when payment is confirmed and remove access when your subscription ends, is canceled, or becomes unpaid after applicable grace periods.

Discord access is personal to your account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Leaving the Discord server does not cancel your subscription. You are also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and community rules posted in our server.

07 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or publicly republish alerts or subscriber-only content
• Record, scrape, or automate access to subscriber channels without permission
• Harass members, staff, or moderators
• Promote unrelated paid groups, signal services, or solicitations in our community
• Impersonate Tape Signals staff or misrepresent affiliation with us
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, billing, or security measures

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or community guidelines.

08 No Performance Guarantees

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, historical examples, backtests, win rates, or illustrative results are not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee profits, signal frequency, fill prices, alert timing, uptime, or uninterrupted delivery. Market conditions, liquidity, broker execution, and technical issues can materially affect outcomes.

Tape Signals is selective by design. Some days may produce few or no alerts. That variability is part of the service and not a defect.

09 Intellectual Property

The Tape Signals name, branding, website, software, alert formats, commentary, and related materials are owned by Tape Signals or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

10 Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party platforms including Stripe and Discord. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ALERTS WILL BE TIMELY OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR TRADING OBJECTIVES.

12 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPE SIGNALS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING CAPITAL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TAPE SIGNALS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tape Signals from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14 Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration or small-claims court where eligible, unless prohibited by applicable law. You waive any right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.
